Important Features of the Jim Buoy Fenders
Rugged construction - Made from the highest grade of
marine vinyl, the all new Jim Buoy World Class Fenders are a giant leap
forward in technology and protection and will compliment the decor of
almost any vessel while providing dependable service and long lasting
beauty.
Available in seven bright colors plus white - With
U.V. inhibitors, they are unaffected by gasoline, oil an#D4D0C8d salt
water corrosion and are resistant to scuffing. All colors are virtually
non-fading for the life of the fender.
Non-slip design - All models feature Sharp Ribbed
construction to help prevent slippage between fender and boat hull
during wet storm conditions and provide extra strength to the fender
walls.
Engineered from the inside out - Center-hole models
feature high-strength vinyl tubing molded into the fender extending end
to end to assure a clear passage for the rope. Double-end hole models
are reinforced at both ends for secure line attachment.
Adjustable inflation - All fender models are
manufactured with a vinyl, butterfly inflation valve for easy
adjustment of air pressure. To inflate, simply remove the threaded
vinyl cap and insert the tapered nozzle of an air source (air
compressor or hand/foot operated air pump, etc.) and inflate until
fender walls are fully expanded (about 2 P S I).
